PARTY OPTIONS
Nature's Play Party
Suitable for children up to 8 years old, 2 hours for 15 children (additional children £7, up to 20).
Full private use of the Nature's Play woodland area with activities set up including mud kitchen, paint frame, climbing, balancing and more!

£200 for up to 15 children, 5 additional children can be added for £7 each.
Non-refundable deposit of £50 to be paid at the time of booking (booking only secured once deposit received).

Forest School Style Party
Suitable for children 4+ years, 2 hours for up to 12 children with a qualified level 3 Forest School Leader and supporting staff.
Full private use of the Nature's Play woodland area with set up of mud kitchen, paint frame, climbing, balancing and more.
With a variety of safe tools available, children will have the chance to engage in exciting craft activities, from building with natural materials to crafting their own creations. The children will also have the opportunity to practice fire lighting and cook their own food on the campfire!

CAMPFIRE COOKING
Campfire food can be added to both party options for an additional £60.
Nature's Play Party - the food will be cooked and brought over to the sheltered table.
Forest School Style Party - children have the option to cook their own food.
Food options are folded tortilla pizzas or hot dogs, both with s'mores for after around the campfire. ​

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Parents/guardians present are solely responsible for the safety and behaviour of their child/children at all times whilst at Nature’s Play. Nature’s Play cannot accept any such responsibilities.

Those responsible for the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the site without taking their child/children with them.

Nature’s Play have the right to ask children to leave if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable towards other customers or equipment.

The site is in a natural environment and therefore the ground is uneven in areas. It is recommended that children and adults wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Nature’s Play take no responsibility for damage or stains to clothing/footwear.

Please do not attend if you or your child is ill. Nature’s Play reserve the right to ask children to leave if it is felt they are an infection risk.

It is required at the time of booking to declare any allergies/dietary information, so that any play resources can be planned accordingly.

In the unlikely event that Nature’s Play have to cancel a party booking, a full refund will be issued or alternative date arranged.

If you need to cancel a party booking, it may be possible to transfer to alternative date depending on availability, if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Refunds are not available.

During the party children are to remain at the Nature’s Play site and not take any Nature’s Play property away from the site.

If there are any breakages or faulty equipment identified during the party, this must be reported to Nature’s Play.

Any rubbish to be placed in the bin and extra bin bags provided.
