Terms and Conditions - Nature's Play

  • Parents/guardians present are solely responsible for the safety and behaviour of their child/children at all times whilst at Nature’s Play. Nature’s Play cannot accept any such responsibilities. 

  • Those responsible for the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the site without taking their child/children with them. 

  • Nature’s Play have the right to ask children to leave if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable towards other customers or equipment. 

  • The site is in a natural environment and therefore the ground is uneven in areas. It is recommended that children and adults wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Nature’s Play take no responsibility for damage or stains to clothing/footwear. 

  • Please do not attend if you or your child is ill. Nature’s Play reserve the right to ask children to leave if it is felt they are an infection risk. 

  • It is required at the time of booking to declare any allergies/dietary information, so that any play resources can be planned accordingly.

  • If you are unable to attend a booked session, it may be possible to transfer your booking if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Refunds are not available. 

  • In the unlikely event that Nature’s Play cancel a session, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be offered an alternative session or a refund. 

  • During sessions, photos are permitted. However please do not include other children in your photos without consent from their responsible adult. 

  • Nature’s Play may take photos and videos during sessions. These may be used on the website, social media and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child to be in photos/videos, please inform the session leader on arrival.

We will only use your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy which can be found on the website (www.natures-play.com).

 

Nature’s Play is a limited company, registered in England and Wales under company registration number 14257998.
